Supporting Your Bleeding Body
If you’re a person who menstruates it’s very likely you were taught nothing about this monthly phase. We grew up hiding our blood, feeling embarrassed by it or at best just really had no clue as to how to care for ourselves. For many who bleed it has prohibited us from doing and experiencing life to the fullest. It’s called A CURSE and for many—it truly feels that way

Many bleeding folks experience excruciating pain, very heavy bleeding, emotional shifts that are devastating and other symptoms like acne, bloating, constipation, gas etc.

None of this is normal or the way experiencing a cycle should be. It IS absolutely possible to bleed every month without experiencing the trauma and problems so many have just come to accept. Hope you’ll join me in taking back your power and no longer accepting this experience as a curse but rather a tool to gage and create health in your body.

• learn about the hormones behind monthly phases and the cycle that contains them
• understand why so many bleeding folks struggle with severe pain leading up to and during menstruation
• how herbs and food can assist your body all throughout your cycle
• practices and rituals that will sooth, heal and nourish your body, blood and soul
• leave feeling empowered and aware of your body’s unique needs and how to support yourself in a gentle, compassionate and accessible way.

Yoga Nidra
Jamie Healy returns to lead us through the profoundly relaxing and rejuvenating practice of Yoga Nidra.  Yoga Nidra is a powerful subconscious yogic technique that combines mindful body awareness, breathwork, and visualization to restore balance and ease.   The ancient yogis say that just 30 minutes of this practice is like getting two hours of restful sleep.  In our modern world of "doing more with less" the practice of Yoga Nidra is the antidote to stress, anxiety, and fear.   With Jamie's guidance, we will take time to reset and allow our bodies to regain homeostasis, allowing us to rediscover and radiate our best and brightest selves.

Chakra Flow and Hold with Love
Travel through the chakra system in a way that you may have not before. The chakras are energy centers that connect the physical and psychological body. When we explore this path we can tap in deeply to our intuition in a way that is self regulating both physically and emotionally. This class is loving, powerful, vocal, and contemplative. We will be physically dynamic in some portions and hold in others. Expect postures, pranayama, mudras and meditations for each chakra. You will experience times of togetherness and times of deep solitary inner work all while being serenaded by beautiful live music.
